Daylight Productions released its first video production in 1984. Since then, DP has offered a number of high quality documentary style productions to the discerning home video consumer.

Founded by Stan McInturf in early 1984, Daylight Productions was a long time dream that became reality. With a long history in the film and television business starting in 1968 as a news cameraman, Mr. McInturf has since gone on to produce many forms of television including documentaries, commercials etc.

With a long time interest in railroading many of the specialty videos produced by Daylight Productions over the years have focused on the operation and history of railroading in the US. Daylight Productions has many hours of historic railroading footage in its library that will be edited and released in the next few years. 

Currently Mr. McInturf works as a freelance contractor traveling throughout the US and around the world shooting and producing varied projects for broadcast television clients.

Recently Daylight Productions returned to California and is based in Roseville in Northern CA, a suburb of Sacramento the State capitol.  Daylight Productions is committed to Entertainment Excellence in all aspects of film and video production.
